- Refunds available for defective product within 14 days of postage;
- Exchange available if seal unbroken, purchaser to pay for postage;
- Otherwise no exchange;
- Warranty period if applicable;
- Warranty best before 12 months from manufacture;
- Product must be kept below 28c;
- Delivery timeframes
- Normal postage timeframes by Australia Post in "Parcel Post: satchel" not registered or express;
- Alternative is a courier service for purchases weighing more than 5kg;
- Return timeframes
- Once received by House of Herbs, posted within 2 working day;
